Penny was found living alone, after her owners moved out of their house and left her behind. She has fit in very well with her current foster home, where she lives with three dogs and cats. She is underweight, but her foster mom is working on changing that! Penny was very shy when she was first found but she came out of her shell quickly and is very comfortable around the other animals and humans. This little girl has been through neglect and abandonment but she holds no grudges: she is sweet and eager to please.
