Oswald was transferred to us from a kill shelter. He has a big personality in a small body. Oswald would do best in a home with no small children, as he is a little unsure of quick movements. He is a little standoffish at first but warms up quickly. If you are a fan of Chihuahuas, you will understand Oswald immediately.
