- Name: Jamocha
- Adopted: July 18, 2010
We rescued super sweet Jamocha from South Suburban Humane Society. Her back right leg has been amputated but we do not know why. She is very thin right now but we are working on getting her up to a healthy weight. She gets along very well with other dogs and will run up to them and give kisses.
Per Jamocha’s Foster Parents: “Jamocha absolutely adores other dogs and follows her foster brother, Duke, wherever he goes. If Duke goes downstairs, (since she won’t go there) she sits at the top of them and whines and waits for him to come back up. She always sits next to him and has to be touching him. If we walk around the room, she’s right there under our legs to help support her as she walks with us. She knows her limits as well as far as not being able to do as much and go as fast since she only has three legs. She is very lovable and loves to lick.”
