Things are going really well! He is sooo sweet, and his eneregy level is certainly high but we are able to handle it. He REALLY loves his 2 walks every day. No accidents, yay! He eats well and I think has put a small amount of weight on, his ribs don’t seem so prominent. He and Molly play a lot, and are good together. He knows “sit” and actually will stay for a short time. He is also learning “high five” too. We have had one mosquito ridden trip to the dog park and it is such a joy to just watch him GO! Tiny little rocket man! When we introduced him to the house I told him “no” one time when he tried to get on the sofa, and since then has made no attempt to get on any furniture. This really surprises me, I really expected that to be more difficult. I crated him the first couple nights, but then locked him in our bedroom with us afterwards. He and Molly each have their own bed in there, and he sleeps on it all night. We absolutely crate him when we leave the house though. I expect we will have to do that for awhile. All in all I think we are all adjusting well! My husband keeps saying “I just love him!” and we wish we would have got a second dog a long time ago. I have not forgotton that you want some pictures, and I am happy to do that in a few days. Thanks again for all your help, he is a joy and I expect he will bring happiness to many people in our time together.
