Costello was taken away from an elderly neighbor of ARFhouse in Texas when it was found she was neglecting her animals. He is a happy, confident little guy who likes everybody. Costello likes to play with other dogs and has a lot of energy. He is about 3 years old and weighs 8 pounds.
