In July 2011, a vet tech who works with ARFhouse Chicago found a pregnant mother rabbit and an adult male, dumped outside of her home. Mama rabbit quickly gave birth to 7 tiny bunnies! Fortunately, both parents have found a home, along with several of their babies. But that leaves 3 of the young ones—all female— searching for homes of their own.
Rabbits are very happy living as bonded pairs, and these bunnies are already well bonded. They are social and easily handled. If you are interested in adopting one, we encourage you to visit the House Rabbit Society website to learn all about the care of companion rabbits, then contact us for a rabbit adoption application.
