Little Bliss was brought to ARFhouse in Texas by her owners who after 6 years had a baby and decided they no longer wanted her. She is incredibly sweet and absolutely adores people. She would rather be in a person’s lap than anywhere else. Bliss gets along great with other dogs. She is affectionate, smart and super cute.
