Sweet Betty was living in filth in a trailer park before being rescued and brought to ARFhouse Chicago. Betty is hearing-impaired, but she doesn’t act any differently than any other dog because of it. Her foster parents describe her as quirky, extremely affectionate and very playful towards other dogs and people. Her favorite hobbies include burrowing herself completely under blankets, going on walks (which she’s great at) and curling up on laps. Everyone she’s met completely adores her. Betty excels at agility exercise and playing fetch. This little girl is fearless! Betty is a little over 1 year old and weighs 9 1/2 pounds.
