Acorn is a 3 year old, 17 pound little bundle of energy. His foster mom has nothing but great things to say about him, as follows:
- He’s the perfect height for a 1 year old to hop on his back and try to ride him like a horse
- He’s good with kids, dogs and people
- He’s a lazy eater and more of a grazer
- He walks great on a leash and does not pull
- He is a cuddler…sat on my lap for hours on Monday at the Park and buried his head in my neck and slept
- He likes to sleep at your feet in the bed
- He has the cutest walk ever! Kinda has a little spring in his stop which makes his ears flop up and down as he walks
- He LOVES to play fetch
- He will not play tug with me, but will play tug with the 2 other dogs in the house
- Loves to be with his person…follows me everywhere
- Loves car rides…curls up on the passenger seat and sleeps
- He knows “sit” and “stay”
- Loves treats and will sit and wait patiently for one
- Loves loves loves to wrestle with the other dogs in the house
I think it would be a huge bonus for him to find a home with another dog around his size…not a necessity but I think he would love it because he loves to romp around with Rocky…those two are inseparable!
